Managing Your Website

Every BluePro subscription includes a free, professional, no-code marketing website. Your website is automatically built and hosted on a BluePro subdomain. You may upgrade to a custom domain at any time for an additional fee.

What’s Included

Your BluePro website comes with:

Website Setup

To launch and customize your website:

  1. Go to Settings > Website in your BluePro dashboard
  2. Click Get Started to choose your template and begin editing
  3. Once created, click Manage Website to open your WordPress editor

Your website will be published on a BluePro subdomain. You can upgrade to a custom domain at any time.

Managing Your Domain

By default, your site is live on a BluePro subdomain. You can connect your own domain by:

  1. Going to Settings > Website
  2. Clicking Buy New Domain or Add Existing Domain
  3. Domains purchased through the BluePro app will be preconfigured to work. If you aded an existing domain you have already purchased from another provider, follow the instructions in this article to point your DNS to BluePro.

Once connected, your custom domain will become the primary domain for your site.

Editing Your Site

The WordPress block editor allows you to make changes visually:

All changes are live-previewed and require no coding knowledge.

Managing Leads

The built-in Get a Quote form automatically routes submissions to your BluePro account. You can manage leads and follow-ups under the Requests section in your dashboard. No configuration is required.

Managing Content

All content is managed through your website’s WordPress dashboard:

Pages
Edit your homepage, services page, about page, and more.

Posts
Create blog posts to drive traffic and showcase your expertise.

Testimonials
Showcase happy customers with names, quotes, and profile images.

Locations
Add cities or regions where you operate. Great for local SEO.

Using SEO Tools

Yoast SEO is included with every BluePro website. To get started:

  1. Go to Yoast SEO in your WordPress sidebar
  2. Complete the First-time Configuration to set up global settings
  3. For each page or post, scroll to the Yoast SEO section to:
    • Add a title and meta description
    • Follow readability and keyword suggestions
    • Customize how your content looks when shared on social media

Yoast helps ensure your content ranks well in search engines and improves user engagement.

Using Stock Images

We provide a collection of high-quality stock images you are free to use on your website. Some of these are already included in the default content. You can view and insert any of them from the Media Library:

  1. Go to Media > Library in your WordPress dashboard
  2. Browse or search through the available stock photos
  3. Add them to pages, posts, or image blocks with one click

There’s no need to upload your own photos unless you want to.
