Setting Up International Addresses in BluePro

Overview:

BluePro supports international address formats, including those outside the United States. To enable these fields for customer properties, follow the steps below to update your workspace settings.

How to Enable International Address Fields

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
    • Go to the left-hand menu and click on Settings.
    • Select Workspace Settings from the options.
  2. Update Your Country Setting
    • In the General section, locate the Country dropdown.
    • Select the country in which your business operates (e.g., Canada).
  3. Select the Appropriate Timezone
    • Adjust your Timezone setting to match your location if needed.

What Changes When You Select a Country Outside the U.S.?

When a country outside the United States is selected, BluePro will automatically update address input fields to match international formats.

For example, selecting Canada will enable fields such as:
