Pointing DNS to BluePro

We strongly recommend pointing your domain’s www subdomain to our server using an A record, and configuring your domain’s apex (root) to forward to www.

1. Point www to BluePro

Create the following A record in your DNS settings:

⚠️ Do not use a CNAME to bluepro.app or sites.bluepro.app as it may prevent SSL certificates from being issued.

2. Forward Apex to www

In your DNS provider’s dashboard, set up domain forwarding (also called URL redirect) from:

yourdomain.com → www.yourdomain.com

This ensures consistency and avoids SSL issues.

3. DNS Provider Instructions

Here are instructions for common providers:

GoDaddy – Manage DNS Records

Namecheap – Set Up Host Records

Google Domains – Add Custom Records

Cloudflare – Manage DNS Records

Hover – Add A Record

Squarespace – DNS Settings

4. Set your Custom Domain as Primary

Once your DNS records have been set according the above instructions, you can set your custom domain as the Primary domain in the BluePro App Website settings. Navigate to the settings page and find your custom domain. In the options, select “Set as Primary”.

This will ensure that your visitors will reach your website when they visit your site at the domain you configured.
