Payments

BluePro gives you the ability to accept payments directly through your invoices using Stripe. This feature helps you get paid faster and provides your customers with a simple, secure way to pay.

How It Works

When payments are enabled, each invoice you send will include a “Pay Now” button. Your customer can choose from the following options:

Customers can pay using credit cards and any other payment methods supported by Stripe, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH transfers (if enabled in your Stripe account).

Payments are processed by Stripe and deposited automatically into your connected bank account.

Getting Set Up

  1. Go to the Settings section of your BluePro dashboard and click Accepting Payments.
  2. Click Review or Make Changes to connect your Stripe account.
  3. Complete the Stripe onboarding form, which asks for:
    • Your business name
    • Business address
    • Tax ID or Employer Identification Number (EIN)
    • Bank account details for payouts
  4. Once the setup is complete, Stripe will begin processing payments on your behalf.

BluePro does not store any sensitive payment or banking information. All transactions are securely managed through Stripe.

Payment Processing Fees

The processing fee is 3.2% per transaction. This amount is automatically deducted by Stripe before the funds are deposited into your account.

Managing Payments e.g. Refunds, Tracking, Etc

Once you’ve configured payments in your BluePro dashboard, you will see a button in your “Accepting Payments” settings section labeled Manage Payments in Stripe. Clicking this button will take you to a Stripe dashboard where you can see payments your customers have made and manage those payments e.g. issue refunds.

Manual Payment Tracking

If you choose not to enable Stripe payments, you can still send invoices and track payments manually. You will be able to:
