The Requests feature in BluePro allows you to capture and manage inbound job inquiries from potential customers. Requests can be created manually or submitted through a web form.
A Request is a lead or inquiry from a customer who wants your service. It typically includes the customer’s name, contact info, and details about the job they need.
You can embed a custom request form directly onto your existing website. When a customer fills out the form, it automatically creates a request in BluePro.
